I put a note on my sign that says "Removing or vandalizing this sign will result in my replacing it with a sign twice as large as this one and making a donation to the Swift Boat Veterans for truth"
Hasn't worked to stop them yet though. I'm up to a 2'x4' Bush Cheney sign I made out of Plywood and screwed to a tree. |

The entire article was posted over on Geedunk; here's a link to the article itself:

It's called "Climate of Fear," good article, has to do with all the Bush/Cheney lawn sign and bumper sticker vandalism. |

Anyone see the analogies between this and what the terrorists are trying to do in Afghanistan and Iraq?
And then reconcile this with the endorsement by Muslim groups like CAIR have given to Kerry. _________________ Everytime he had a choice, Kerry chose to side with communists rather than the United States. |

The article "Climate Of fear" is a well written piece. I also replied with an email to the author on the subject.
I do remember reading somewhere (about a year ago) about the tactics being promoted throughout the democratic party groups, and the many different things they (democrats) could do to any Republicans that they knew. It was a scary thought to say the least, and I couldn't imagine (at that time) the depts these people would stoop to, in an all out effort to devert Republicans from expressing their preference concerning the Presidential Election.
These people (focus group for an underground organization) were citing ways to underhand their own neighbors, workmen, friends, & even family members. I remember a few of them:
If you own a business (or in management), and you know of a Republican that can not be swayed to our side (dem), try to make up things about his/her work status, in order to cause them to be reprimanded, or at best, fired.
Have some young lady call their home (if it's a married man), and with a sexy voice act like a relationship has been going on, & it's now time to confront their wife (about the affair that never happened).
Report these poeple to the local police for violations (tresspassing, peeping-toms, loud music, etc..) as many times as you can. Even though none of the charges were ever true, the police will eventually cause a problem for the Republican, in some way after enough calls.
It went on & on with different ways to intimidate Americans, just because they are Republicans, and it was enough to make your stomach turn, and Fear factor dosen't bother me, but this did!
I guess we just need to stay alert............(in the extreme cases, Handle it )
Have a great day,

Let's see....do shocking things to try to scare the opponents, so they'll quietly back away and urge each other to stay out of the fight. Insist on getting your way even if it means innocent civilians are harmed. Make their opposition to your agenda as costly as possible. Compromise nothing, accept nothing short of surrender. Be unreasonable to the extreme, so they'll realize the hopelessness of trying to convert you to their view. If they try to say anything, overwhelm them with censure, accusations, and threats. Make them shut up.
I'm just relieved the terrorists haven't been able to attack us here. |

Yeah, isn't that interesting? The Democratic Party is now the party of fascists, socialists, liberals, liars, criminals, terrorists, and communists. Gives a new perspective to Kerry's campaign slogan, "Help is on the way".
On election day I'm going to wear my new shirt (purchased off RightNation.com). It has a picture of Bush pointing a finger and the caption is: Saving your ass, like it or not!

I truly pity the fool that would even try to bully me or threaten me, or, as I can clearly see, anyone else on this board. However, keep in mind, all of these events involved thugs. Kerry's campaign is now run by thugs, and he's not said anything about these incidents. By not responding, it's clear where he stands. Tell you how strongly I feel. If he wins, I might actually go to Canada and ask for asylum.

I saw an obvious Kerry supporter two cars ahead of me driving home from work last night. Every time he passed a BC poster on the side of the road (we have a lot of signs posted at intersections) he swerved off the road and attempted to run it over. He got one, missed one, and then quit when he almost fishtailed out of control.
The car ahead of me and I both switched on our high beams and honked at him, and of course he flipped us off. _________________ Doug

I was thinking something similar reading this thread today. I thought hmmm wonder what the cost would be for a 2" thick by 2' x 4' steel plate? Weld a steel skid to it and ram a couple of rods into the ground then just glue your Bush/Cheney sign to the front _________________ Proud to be an American! and member of the PAJAMAHADEEN

That's a little extreme. The object of the game is to break the bumper, knock the engine off its mounts, twist the frame, and blow the airbags.
The car is totaled with minimal damage to the occupant. _________________ USMC 69-72, 7th Comm, 3rd MarDiv, FMFPAC

My momma always said my middle name was stubborn. My wife says my mother understated the problem. I am a life member of the NRA and believe the Second Amendment is unambiguous. In SERE school, I was rated as hard-core for the simple reason that while being interrogated by a very large guy holding me off of the floor by the front of my shirt and bouncing me off a wall, I spit in his face. In 1967, I walked around the Haight-Ashbury district of San Francisco wearing very short crew-cut hair and a large “WAR” medallion necklace in contrast to their long hair and peace medallions. I volunteered for Advisor duty in Viet Nam after my Congressman said that I did not have to go back to Viet Nam because I was an only son. I currently have “Kerry Lied While Good Men Died”, “Bush/Cheney“, and “W-04” window stickers on my car and a Bush/Cheney yard sign in my yard. Guess I will have to suck it up and try to live up to my reputation for the foreseeable future. By the way, I am not Fonda Kerry. _________________ I was going to become an anarchist, but they had too many rules.
