My wife was watching Regis and Kelly. Edwards is on. Kelly falling all over him, as usual. She said Edwards looks like Tom Cruise, and they put a photo of Cruise next to shot of Edwards. I almost barfed! This is playing to the style over substance crowd; same as when Kerry was on. Sorry, just had to get this off my chest.

Every time I see Edwards, I think of a DONKEY.
Check out a picture of him LAUGHING. He throws his
head back--scrunches up his nose--and his mouth is
all BIG TEETH. I can't help picturing him with
donkey ears on his head.

Since the Dem"s mascot is the donkey, maybe one of
you creative types out there could find a picture of
Edwards LAUGHING and put the donkey suit on him.

Edwards even talked of the Cruise movie "A few good men" and said can you see Cheny as Jack Nickolson saying "You can't handle the truth" .

I don't know what anybody sees in Tom Cruise. I can't think of any of his movies that I was impressed with his acting. He's just a pretty boy and not my type to boot. Now that Nicole Kidman is no longer married to him she has really blossomed as an actress.

Like you said he is just a pretty boy who they think will attract the women to come see the movies.

It is a truly sad statement of women who would vote for someone like Edwards based on his looks.

It is the same thing they accuse guys of doing!

It is stuff like this that dishonors what women went through to get suffrage.

Bush is husbandly, Cheney is grandfatherly. Both are stable.

There are a bunch of women and men who fall for lies and flash. Just tell them what they want to hear, promise them the moon, get what you want from them and leave out the back door.

I don't think Edwards is good looking at all. He's got a wart on his mouth and his mannerisms are annoying.

If he was my dog I'd shave his a$$ and make him walk backwards. Wink
