So if we had a Five Trillion dollar surplus under Clinton would it not make sense the electorate had been very, very over taxed for very, very long.
Two trillion deficet seems like less than what is owed by that math.
What did Clinton do with the interest income on that five trillion dollar surpluss of either bound statistics. |
