Thanks ord33. Found what I'd been looking for. I thought I heard this but wasn't sure til I read the transcript.
Quote: | And the president is moving to the creation of our own bunker- busting nuclear weapon. It's very hard to get other countries to give up their weapons when you're busy developing a new one. |
Does this mean that Kerry is going to stop us from developing new weapons systems? That's what it means to me. This is a Kerry stopper but I haven't seen any news folks mention it yet.
This is another very scary startment from Mr. SKerry.

Sorry I can't get into the donate pool on this one.
I'm so broke right now that if they were selling brand new 4 wheel drive Chevrolet pickups for a dollar apiece, all I could do would be to run up and down the street yelling....."Ain't that cheap".
But I think I got a little check coming in next week and I'll catch up then.
Thanks for ya'll all being here though.

Wasn't that how Reagan got Gorby to give up his. To unilaterally stop making weapons while negotiating is just so damn wrong.
In Kerryland "we must set a good example so the other boys and girls leading the other counties in the the world will respect and admire us. Remember they do as we do - not as we say."
No - We develop nuclear tipped bunker busting bombs so that little creep in N. Korea will not be sleeping so well at night. And Khameini may think twice about proceeding with making a nuke in some hole in Iran.
I bet a couple of these dropped on Tora Bora would have left it looking like Mount St. Helens.
We do not develop these weapons because we want to use them -- we develop them so we will never have to. _________________ Vote early. Vote often. The Democrate way... |

ok my pledge was for President Bush to get to the "liar" issue. And for there to be a defining shut your mouth moment. I think my gutter term was "b****slap" , oh my! Who says it was when he called Kerry's comments "absurd"? Or was it when he said "That's just not credible?"
"What say you" everybody? CTW

I'm sure he said flat out at the 1st debate that he'd put a stop to the bunker busting weapon !!! _________________ Stevie

Relieved to read everyone's posts today. I throught the President crushed Kerry last night and was excited to hear the post-debate polls. Turning on the radio this morning I was stunned to hear two polls called Kerry the winner. Literally my jaw dropped.
Are people brain dead? Kerry is a craven policitician with no core principle aside from doing and saying whatever it takes to win the presidency. I just find it stunning that he can look the camera and the American people in the eye and say "I have been consistent on Iraq." Does he think we are two years old? Amazing! |

Naaww. Saddam wouldn't be threatening Saudi Arabia any more. By now he'd be threatening Yemen at the least, and maybe the borders of Tanzania. |

For those who were discussing the subject of factcheck.org's article about the effect of the Kerry tax on small businesses, here is a Freudian slip from the article!
Buy (sic) this estimate, the figure used in the Bush ad is nearly double the real number. |

This statement really stuck with me, too. Haven't we learned, by now, that there are MANY Osama Bin Laden's out there. The generals don't fight the fight, the grunts do! The hatred has already been instilled in these guys, they've been trained, and they will carry out the violence with, or without, Bin Laden's presence. We must, as the President said, spread freedom and justice throught that region. Free people, in any land, will not tolerate these thugs. Kerry is one of those that blames America for everything. He thinks that other countries only want weapons because the USA has them. Just like many liberals want the USA to stop making land mines because all of these evil countries were using them. They would use them even if the USA had them or not. And ours now can have a timer set so after so many days they won't blow up. So our land mines were not the problem but they still blamed it the USA. |
