Here go's:
Start with the picture you want to post ( this is if it is on the web and not on your harddrive). Right click on it. Go to properties. You will see the url. Highlight the url and right click on it and choose "copy". Now you have the url needed.
Now in the forum, you have clicked post or post reply, click the "Img" box. It will put a tag in the text area like so - "[img]' , minus the quotes. Right click behind the img tag and "paste" the url from your clipboard. Now hit the "Img" button again to close the tag and it will put this, "[/img]" at the end. This is what it will look like, without the quotes.
["img]http://us.news1.yimg.com/us.yimg.com/p/uc/20041009/lcrbc041010.gif[/img"]
