At last perhaps some justice in this world. What are the chances?

Indeed, John Kerry has a well-documented record of anti-American activities, especially aiding Communist regimes. But the "aid and comfort" he gave to North Vietnamese Communists in 1971 (while still a U.S. naval officer, and while Americans were still fighting, dying, and being held captive by that regime) is the most grievous of these transgressions.

His treasonous actions in 1970-1971 are the subject of an indictment that will be delivered to Senate President Dick Cheney, Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist and Attorney General John Ashcroft on 12 October. The indictment [http://www.PatriotPetitions.US/Kerry] notes both Kerry's UCMJ and U.S. Code (18 USC 2381) violations, and it calls for his disqualification for public office in accordance with the Constitution's Fourteenth Amendment, Section 3, which states: "No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President...having previously taken an oath...to support the Constitution of the United States, [who has] engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof."

Why issue this indictment now? Because John Kerry chose to make his Vietnam war record the centerpiece of his presidential campaign (see "Kerry's Quagmire..." http://FederalistPatriot.US/alexander/ ) . In response, more than 160,000 signatories of the aforementioned indictment have made it the centerpiece of their campaign to disqualify him from public office.

Clearly, there will be no determination on these charges until after 2 November, but Kerry will be held to account for his treasonous actions -- for there is no statute of limitations on treason.

Yes, please go sign the petition. Hurry.

I emailed similar information to every email address I could find months ago.

If you want to read more about the issue and how the Dems feel about it....

Read this LONG thread at CrushKerry for more details and arguments for the position:
http://crushkerry.com/postt328.html

and This SIGN THE PETITION thread as well for answers as to why it is important:
http://crushkerry.com/postx531-0-0.html

Here you will find that the Dems hate it, I love to debate it, even if I have to talk to myself, that misdirection is a common ploy of Dems and Kerry is simply unfit AND INELIGIBLE for command.

Thank you for your service, your time and your interest in keeping us all free.

All the more reason to make sure Kerry is defeated at the polls. If he should win and then be forced to resign or be impeached, Edwards would become President. If Kerry is removed from the ticket before the election, who would take the top spot -- Edwards? Hillary Clinton? Howard Dean? The pressure is on to make sure Kerry is defeated and he has to deal with the charges as either a Mass. Senator or a private citizen.

Color me sceptical that there will be any outcry. The gutless repubs won't even pass it to the msm, and the AG will run and hide. McCain will call it another dishonorable act and demand the Pres denounce it.

I saw a piece on the internet yesterday that John Kerry's 'Honorable Discharge' was not issued until March 2001. The speculation was that his 'discharge' back in the 70's did not carry the word 'honorable' (ie, possibly 'administrative') as the result of his treasonous acts while in the service - and that Clinton 'fixed it up' just before he left office.

This certainly would explain Kerry's refusal to make his military records fully available - in addition to the damaging evidence that must be there on the medals as well.

Do you have any info on this? Is it worth looking into? I continue to be amazed that he has not been prosecuted under the UCMJ for his actions with the North Vietnamese while still a Navy commissioned officer in the service of his country. And that his actions with the Viet Cong in Paris have not disqualified him from eligibility to serve as either U.S. Senator or Congressman as specified in a section of the Constitution.

It was encouraging to read about the plaNNED 10/12 indictment. Do you know anything about the discharge?

Keep up the good work, swifties!!

Nate, if you will read those threads I posted, you'll find the answers to those arguments that "it didn't disqualify him for Senator....", it did, but MA can do whatever it wants to itself, the DNC successfully foisting it upon the rest of the US is a different matter, and appears to be the socialist "last ditch attempt" to truly take over the US.

Thank you for your service, continue your service by continuing to protect the Constitution in every little instance you find.
