Be of good cheer. This is a pretty lefty paper.
Washington Post poll: Bush - 51% Kerry - 46%

Hee, Hee
been browsing that site http://www.krempasky.com/wordpress/
Caught this:

By that I mean Democrats, of course. Specifically, Al Gore and everyone associated with his 2000 Presidential campaign.
Why?
Cause it turns out they did one of the DUMBEST things I’ve ever seen - let Election Day come and go without spending all their resources. Yesterday it was reported that Gore had SIX MILLION dollars to give to various Democratic Party organizations, including the Kerry campaign.
So let me get this straight - you lost the Presidential race by 537 votes in Florida. You had SIX MILLION that you didn’t spend.
Feeling stupid yet? |
There is an interesting thread at http://www.redstate.org/story/2004/10/9/192654/752 _________________ MSM Lead Nov 3 2004 "Kerry Oval Office Hopes killed by 10,000 Mice..."

We should be careful about pressing the Swift Vets to reveal their future plans. You never know who from the Kerry camp might be surfing through these discussion boards looking for information.

Denver has two main newspapers, the Denver Post and Rocky Mountain
News. On Saturday they are combined into one edition, so they have the same owner. Post is liberal, Rocky Mountain is moderate. What hurts papers and TV News Shows is advertisers pulling out. Or people no longer buying their paper.
USA Today has Michael Moore as a contributing journalist. Don't buy
USA Today.
Boycotting does work. So does complaining to sponsors. The furor over
the Rather story did reach the top - Viacom owns CBS news, the head of Viacom sent out the message he wants Bush as President, and you can
bet he's going to do something about the mess at CBS.
If Rather comes out with a pro-Kerry Silver Star story next week it makes me think someone over at CBS may be giving him enough rope to hang himself. It is almost impossible to get rid of an icon, even if he has gone over the edge. If they had fired him after Memogate he would have become a Martyr. Blah!
I too was depressed this weekend. The MSM may want Kerry to win
because he is big game to them. Some are willing to put him into the
Oval Office before they shoot him down. Bigger game than a candidate.
That is their priority, not reporting the damning evidence about Kerry
which would make voters run away in droves.
Mr. Smith Goes To Washington was made a long time ago, yet it told
almost the same story, corrupt politicians hand in hand with a dirty
media. |
