Show in progress - might reshow? Brinkley (tour of duty) attacking Swifts personally and in every possible way. Says Swifts "spin their legacy" -- Hoffman can't take the truth--will meet with him anytime. Says the Swift ads have helped Kerry. Says Kerry has +40% of vets voting for him. Says Vietnam issues will not affect campaign in any way. Basically totally smeared everything about the Swifts.... defending kerry to the maximum. Says UFC has outsold his book because people "feel like they are supporting Bush." The interviewer basically lets him go on and on.

We need to write C-span and ask for equal time for O'Neill/Swifts. This "special" for Brinkley is merely Kerry campaigning....

Well, he's Kerry's official apologist, so that's hardly surprising.

And the SBVT has fisked his book to DEATH, which caused any potential sales to tank for him. He sold what? 35,000 copies? And UFC is pushing several hundred thousand?

I know *I'd* be upset, too! If Kerry had told the TRUTH, *Brinkley* would be the one sitting on an NYT #1 bestseller!
