He's not joking. The entire speech sounded angry and jumbled together. While Bush's speech had unifying themes Kerry's speech sounded like something thrown together at the last minute....and delivered by someone who is not good at extemporanous speaking. Wait...I thought Bush was supposed to be bad at that..... Rolling Eyes
