[War Dog]

A man is walking down the street, and happens to walk by where the Democratic Convention is being held! Outside the door is another man with a box of puppies, and a sign that says, "Democratic Puppies - Free!"

Two weeks later, the same man is over on the other side of town where the Republican Convention is being held, and the same other man is there with the puppies, except this time the sign says, "Republican Puppies - Free!"

He walks up and asks the man with the puppies, "Hey, wait a minute, two weeks ago you were over across town and your sign said those were "Democratic Puppies", and now they are "Republican Puppies", what gives.

The man with the puppies says, "Yeah, I was over there two weeks ago, but that was before the puppies opened their eyes!"
