----------
November 1, 2004 -- More evidence accrues that John Kerry's initial discharge from the Navy was less than honorable, and a source confirms that his discharge status kept him from being admitted to the Harvard Law School. No comment from the Kerry campaign -- and no denial. See Kerry's Discharge Is Questioned by an Ex-JAG Officer by Thomas Lipscomb in the New York Sun.
Update: Former Secretary of the Navy William Middendorf urges Kerry to release his Naval records and defends the character of Mark Sullivan, the former JAG officer cited in the NY Sun story above. Mr. Middendorf notes that the Privacy Act prevents him from commenting specifically on the status of Kerry's discharge. See Ex-Navy sec to Kerry: Open up your records by Art Moore at WorldNetDaily.

The new chapter covers recent developments, including the reaction of the Kerry campaign / mainstream media to our charges. It also asks some rather pointed questions of John Kerry. We think the American public deserves some straight answers.
----------
October 15, 2004 -- John O'Neill appeared on "Nightline" with Ted Koppel last night to discuss John Kerry's controversial 4-month tour in Vietnam. Mr. Koppel's performance was a stark reminder that much old-line news reporting is more about advancing a political agenda than uncovering the truth.
John O'Neill has issued a statement regarding the interview.
----------
October 13, 2004 -- It appears increasingly likely that John Kerry was given less than an honorable discharge by the U.S. Navy. In Mystery Surrounds Kerry's Navy Discharge, reporter Thomas Lipscomb notes that Kerry's discharge required a review by a board of officers, which suggests that he may have been involuntarily separated from the service. Of course, Senator Kerry could clear all this up by signing a Standard Form 180 to authorize the complete release of his military records...
Action Alert: After trying unsuccessfully to block the publication of "Unfit for Command," John Kerry's supporters are now working to prevent Sinclair Broadcasting Group from airing the POW documentary film Stolen Honor on its 62 nationwide affiliates later this month. Here's how you can help.

Also, don't miss New Document Indicates Kerry Wrote Disputed Vietnam Report, by Thomas Lipscomb, which provides new evidence that John Kerry wrote the after-action report covering the incident for which he received the Bronze Star. Lipscomb points out that Kerry was "the principal beneficiary of its glowing references to his performance" and notes that the report "completely leaves out how Kerry's own boat, PCF 94, ran downriver, leaving James Rassman overboard and the other three boats to deal with the ambush and the sinking PCF 3."

The second section covers events in the Vietnam era, starting with a comparison of John Kerry's claims regarding his medals, fitness reports and various events to what we actually witnessed. It also documents Kerry's false charges of widespread American war crimes, the transcript of a famous 1971 debate between Kerry and fellow Swift veteran John O'Neill, and provides a look at one Swift boat's visit to a Vietnamese village.
The third section lists our press releases, our letters to John Kerry and the Kerry campaign, and selected articles and interviews. It also provides information about our organization and officers, and describes how we protect the privacy of guests, subscribers and contributors.
